Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026
Eleven17 Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how information is handled when you visit eleven17media.com or send an inquiry through our website.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, a brief description of your needs, and optionally your phone number, business name, and service interests. We receive this information when you submit the form.
How we use it
We use your information to read and respond to inquiries, discuss services you request, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email or text messages.
Technical information and cookies
The site uses a temporary PHP session to help protect the contact form from fraudulent submissions. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser information for security and operation. The website package does not itself include third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. If these are added later, this policy should be updated.
Email delivery and service providers
Contact form messages are sent to hello@eleven17media.com using the website hosting provider's email system. Hosting and email providers may process information to deliver and secure these communications. We do not sell contact form information. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect our rights and security.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us about information you have submitted, request corrections or deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing hello@eleven17media.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Other websites and updates
Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own policies. We may update this policy as our services and website change. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
